The hotel had a few issues but some highlights too. The rooms were warm despite complaints, but the bed was comfy. The breakfast crew missed cleaning our room but was friendly. The location was great for an event even with some seedy areas nearby. The dining had a good variety but service was slow in the morning.
My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family. However, the A/C units in the rooms were either very loud or not working well. The service was friendly and accommodating, with staff knowledgeable about the area. The location was convenient for exploring Washington attractions, though the hotel can feel cramped when fully booked. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Facilities were adequate, but some aspects could be improved.
The hotel had small rooms for the price paid, but it was well-connected with a door to the neighboring room. The service went above and beyond, especially in ensuring our comfort and with parking. The location was ideal, close to a metro stop and within walking distance of attractions. The dining experience, while basic, catered to everyone. Overall, a cozy stay with excellent service and convenience.
